The name “Bildam” comes from the company’s founders Bill & Adam and they have been working together on decks and basements in the Durham Region since 2010. During their time together, they noticed a lack of professionalism in the home improvement industry, and they both knew they could work together to fix this problem. Co-founder and co-owner of Bildam Home Improvements, Bill has worked in the construction industry his entire professional career, and as operations manager, he attends each site regularly to ensure that work and timelines are being met.

Adam Malley
Co-founder and co-owner of Bildam Home Improvements, Adam has been in the construction industry since 2006. Adam meets with the customers during the early phases of the renovation process, and assists with the designs, quoting, and obtaining permits for customers.
